The residential section of San Stefano Plaza is a closed-type building and comprises 1 to 4 Bedroom apartments, maisonettes and studios. The entrances are on San Stefano Street and Sheynovo Street. The complex offers 24/7 security guards, video surveillance and facility management services. Part of the apartments in the complex are for rent and the other ones are for sale.
