Car Park

San Stefano Plaza Multifunctional Complex has a secure underground car park. It is a four-level underground car park. The second and third underground levels are envisaged to be used by visitors of the complex.

The car park provides:

• access from Sheynovo Street

• free parking for the first hour

• a parking charge for each subsequent hour

• monthly subscription for a parking space on Levels 2 and 3

• 18 parking spaces for disabled people

• an electric vehicle charging station on Level 1 (three more EV charging stations are planned for Levels 2, 3 and 4). The electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels

• colour signage on the walls: red colour designates the Shopping Centre, blue colour -the Residential Area, yellow colour - Offices and Training Centre, and green colour - the Carwash

• 24/7 live security guards and video surveillance
